Implementation Manager - Ecommerce

Implementation Manager opportunity to join a well-funded online eCommerce platform focused on global expansion. This opportunity plays a significant role in developing, managing, and executing the Partner Programs. Working alongside the Partnership team to provide training and support throughout the onboarding process as well as ongoing support to ensure partner success.

Job responsibilities include:

• Develop GTM process and playbook for Partner Business Development Team for key partners
• Foster existing partner relationships to ensure support and alignment within the ecosystem
• Project manage and coordinate across the company to ensure organizational readiness for our ecosystem partners
• Work with Brand Team to develop and execute marketing plans to raise internal and external awareness of the ecosystem portfolio.
• Work with the Engineering Team to executive API documentation and maintenance of partner knowledge base
• Drive Bi-monthly Business Reviews for each key partnership - Track KPIs on initiatives across internal sales and account management teams and external partners
• Support Partner Training to execute store functions and maintenance of partner knowledge base
• Understanding of the eCommerce industry and the assigned channel.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Able to work independently and with initiative.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passionate about commerce, retail, and technology
• Minimum of 2 years of Business Development / Channel Partner Management experience
• Experience and knowledge working in eCommerce / SaaS industry
• Adaptable to working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

This position has a base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 ($100-110k OTE)

Candidates must be located in either Canada or the US (Remote)
