Dynamics Crm Systems Administrator (Remote)

Seeking a senior level Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Service) System Administrator who has experience supporting large enterprise-wide implementations. Recent experience with both on premise and cloud-based implementations preferred.

Essential Functions:

• Exudes confidence and creates interdepartmental relationships to foster collaboration and harmonization of systems.
• Support user account updates through Active Directory migration efforts.
• Maintain high application availability through preventative measures and quickly respond to production related issues.
• Mobility deployment and support.
• Places emphasis system ownership on client satisfaction.
• Ability to travel up to 5-10%.
• Troubleshoot system jobs and error messages in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and drive cross functional support teams as necessary to resolve issues.
• Outlook integration support and troubleshooting user issues.
• Support development and maintenance of complex security roles.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years Dynamics CRM Systems Admin experience.
• Bachelor's with 9 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior Dynamics CRM related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT Operational domains; such as, Networking, Windows NT, and Security.
• Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure.
• Self-starter and must be able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Service) System Administrator experience.
• Strong understanding of IT Operational domains, such as, Networking, Windows NT, Single Sign-On, and Security.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Recent experience with latest versions of both on premise and Cloud versions of Dynamics CRM.
• Work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.

• In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $90,500 - $167,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
