The Team

This project supports the US Navy at Naval Surface Warfare Center Division Dahlgren, VA (NSWCDD) A-Department tasking the Navy, USM, OSD and other sponsors requiring systems engineering, analysis, and program support. This includes model-based systems engineering, architectural development software development, integration, testing, training, and software tools support.

ICF is actively recruiting and hiring cleared Systems Engineers to support Model-Based Systems Engineering. ICF’s contract with the U.S. Navy’s Cyber Warfare Engineering Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA., is in support of Navy Mission Assurance program. The team consists of subject matter experts that includes electrical power, fuels, communication, water, chemical, transportation, military mission, and industrial control systems for the purpose of developing methodologies and associated documentation for mission assurance analysis, cyber infrastructure and energy security research and analysis projects for the DoD.

The team will participate in multiple agency and industry conferences and symposia in a congressional and international forum related to risk, vulnerability mitigation for the North American infrastructure system particularly as they relate to control systems security mitigation options, research, and development efforts to harden facilities and support industry against cyber-attacks.

This essential role will be required to be on-site in Dahlgren, VA one day per quarter.

Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Security clearance.
