Job Description
  • Support full CRM systems life-cycle development including design, coding, testing, and software documentation.
  • Work with other developers to deliver the complete solutions.
  • Identify, create, and maintain all mandated enhancement documentation.
  • Independently develop code and manage the source code and versioning with minimum supervision.
  • Serve as a CRM Developer to design, customize, and implement CRM solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Collaborate with team to define the scope of work, further develop the scenarios into specifications, and analyze the CRM capabilities to design a compelling CRM solution.
  • Identify and effectively communicate the issues/risks to the project manager to ensure they are addressed.
