Crm Administrator Consultant Jobs

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

• Establish best practices around CRM tools and processes, drive adoption and optimization, and ensure value to our business and client experience across our overall organization.
• Optimize operational and content workflows in concert with the Product, Growth, and Digital Marketing teams.
• Customer Success integrations and flows
• Support the Digital Marketing Coordinator when necessary in executing all aspects of our digital campaigns, including audience segmentation, design, and analysis.
• Maintain/Troubleshoot Data Integration Workflows
• Key Responsibilities Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce.com and other 3rd party integrations.
• Manage Salesforce APIs with applications as required.
• Lead regular training sessions with relevant teams to expand awareness of insights related to product marketing initiatives.
• The successful candidate will have a strong strategy, project management, organizational skills, consumer insights, and the ability to support the measurement of analytics.
• The Administrator acts as a liaison between all teams to ensure our go-to-market technologies integrate seamlessly, provide accurate data, and deliver actionable insights for the sales, marketing, customer success teams, and executive teams.
• Ensure the quality of data flows.
• Create new strategies related to the expansion of first-party data collection flowing into our CRM system through a variety of methods
• The CRM Administrator is responsible for maintaining the CRM and associated go-to-market strategies. This includes Salesforce.com's best practices when updating or adding functionality to all objects, forms, dashboards, profiles, reports, etc.
• The Administrator is responsible for managing and prioritizing CRM Software requests and releasing updates on time.

COMPETENCIES

• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate their point clearly and concisely.
• Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage Data Integration tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight as well as in teams to support project needs and offer support to office staff on an ongoing basis.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across a variety of teams and cultures located in multiple locations in demanding/changing situations.
• Superior work ethic and desire to create positive experiences and make significant contributions while taking on new assignments as needed to support the company’s objectives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Salesforce CRM administration, system updates, and training.
• Preferred prior experience working in a technology company.
• High level of proficiency in relevant software (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Office, Adobe, or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
