CRM Designer
The Sage Group’s client, a global healthcare leader that helps people live more fully at all stages of life is launching a new, highly innovative biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. A product that tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. This Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health.
As a creative designer, you will support the overall efforts of the creative team by executing innovative projects in alignment with brand strategy and creative director’s guidelines. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work with strong attention to detail while maintaining consistently high standards. You will deliver on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget solutions by identifying and guiding external creative resources for all assigned projects.
The role:
- Assist design teams in creating strong branding, sales, and marketing collateral with an initial emphasis on CRM design (email and other customer journey touch points)
- Produce concepts and sketches and actively participate in internal reviews of creative projects
- Manage project organization for all project binders and archive design solutions and illustrations
- Manage design presentation preparation, including mock-ups, mounting, and PowerPoint summaries
- Maintain, translate, and extend the product brand equities look and feel, brand identity, and style guidelines
- Develop and maintain knowledge of printing technologies and methodologies for all POS and packaging components
- Collaborate with team members to meet the expectations and standards of the creative design department
- Collect, read, and interpret documented client briefs to deliver innovative, creative projects based on solid brand strategies
- Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements, brand values, and guidelines
- Identify and guide external creative resources for all assigned projects to deliver on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget solutions
- Study the creative marketplace, stay on top of the latest trends and innovations, develop and maintain an understanding of 3-dimensional structural solutions
In order to be successful, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- A professional portfolio exemplifying a clean, sophisticated design aesthetic, ideally for consumer focused products
- A creative mindset in a fast-evolving technological environment
- Excellent sense of design, typography, and conceptual thinking
- Strong communication skills
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a creative or graphics designer
- University degree in art, advertising, graphic design, communications, or similar fields
- Passion for design and a keen eye for innovative ideas and trends
- Proven success designing CRM marketing assets
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Duration: Contract role with the possibility of extending long term or becoming an employee if a great fit
Location: Mostly remote – must be in the San Francisco Bay Area for occasional on-site work
Compensation: $ 60-85/hrly depending on experience
