The Dave Cantin Group leverages a robust integrated marketing strategy to help drive its various business initiatives.DCG is looking for a CRM Specialist who will work across all areas of marketing including strategy, digital, data, sports and entertainment hospitality, trade shows and events, advertising, and communications.Note: DCG marketing efforts are primarily B2B.


The position will provide the candidate with an incredible opportunity to be intimately involved in the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives.The candidate will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and several agencies to learn and grow professionally.


Position: CRM Specialist

Location: Remote

Reports To: Chief Development Officer (CDO)

Employment Status: Full Time, Exempt, No Overtime

Travel: Required as Needed

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Managing Directors to ensure smooth coordination and effective support.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CRM processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze CRM data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM systems and tools to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms to evaluate team effectiveness and individual performance.
  • Oversee the management of contracts and maintain a centralized document repository for easy access and retrieval.
  • Coordinate training and coaching to the company, ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or related roles, with a track record of successful process improvement and team management.
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Must be enthusiastic about the job, the company, and the services we have to offer.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Must have a professional demeanor and be able to interact effectively with senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Bonus Potential – Discretionary performance bonus potential
  • Annual Base Salary - $75,000 - $90,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and 401K
