The Client is a cutting-edge dental software company specializing in providing advanced dental solutions to dental clinics and offices. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development, account management, and sales efforts, specifically targeting Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) across North America. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the dental industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development initiatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead contract negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights and feedback from customers, contributing to the continuous improvement of the software offerings.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and target Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) throughout North America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within DSOs, including executives, administrators, and IT teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively showcase the value and benefits of the dental AI software solutions.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Strong knowledge of the Dental Service Organization (DSO) landscape and understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the dental industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a strategic sales, business development, or account management role, preferably within the dental industry or software solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a team working mindset.
