Lead Facilitator, Manager Development - Tech

About The Role

The Facilitator will play a key role in designing, delivering and ideating our Learning Labs and Tech Manager Development program. Our focus is on impact and experimentation, creating a world-class program that enables organizational excellence. We’re employing best practices from learning science while experimenting with techniques like experiential learning, project-based and cohort-based learning. As we implement and experiment we will evolve, fine-tune and determine how to scale. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to develop scalable learning experiences that drive overall growth and development.

A Typical Day

• Facilitate learning experiences with innovation and creativity at the forefront
• Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders and external consultants
• This person will design learning experiences, facilitate workshops and offsites
• Create tools and resources, script and record content
• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders across multiple groups and geographies
• Collaborate closely with our Director or Tech L&D to align with overall strategy

Your Expertise

• Consultative and collaborative skills, comfort partnering with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders and external consultants
• Excellent communication skills, with experience marketing and branding learning initiatives
• Groups and geographies
• Comfort with ambiguity, change and experimentation - a willingness to iterate
• Data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior business leaders across multiple
• 10+ years of experience facilitating workshops, offsites and courses
• Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations and how they operate
• Track record of delivering unique and creative learning experiences that achieve outstanding learning outcomes
• Curriculum and program design experience, specifically designing Manager and Leadership programs for tech audiences
• Management experience - you know the job because you’ve done it yourself
• Exceptional facilitation skills and an ability to engage audiences in workshop and offsites both in person and virtually, synchronously and asynchronously

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care Of You

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Pay Range

$185,000—$227,000 USD
