Director, Regional Distribution Marketing - Semiconductor Industry

As a Director, Regional Distribution Marketing, you will be responsible for Developing and executing a regional distribution strategy for all Powerand Sensor Systems (PSS) division products in coordination with the global distribution marketing, sales, business lines, and other divisions; If interested, apply today! • Develop and evaluate pricing strategies and structures
• Participate in and prepare for QBRs with internal and external distributor teams to review results and identify gaps and areas of improvement.
• Be the PSS expert on Training & Campaigns required collateral for our certification programs
• Be the PSS Americas lead on any legal contract topics with respect to distribution
• Prepare business potential analysis, identify gaps and create plans to support the achievement of growth targets for all product lines
• Manage a regional team responsible for distribution demand creation activities and ensure that annual design win and revenue targets are met
• Tailor action plans of the technologies that should be used in the distribution marketing campaigns and align with the Marcom and applications team on support collateral and presenters
• Derive proposals for business models, go-to-market materials, tools and products with high potential for growing the distribution business
• Represent the PSS Americas regional center for all distribution-related business and support the PSS Global Distribution Marketing team to ensure global execution
• Define target applications in the region which will provide strong growth potential in the distribution channel
• Drive the Distribution Account Managers to measure and improve the success of Marcom activities
• Establish close relationships with Distributors’ Sales and Marketing organizations, executing Marketing plans leveraging existingDistributors marketing vehicles
• Participate in distributor and customer events to promote Infineon'sproducts

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau, and CRM tools
• Experience working and leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to create and measure performance, assess trends, and identify areas for optimization
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Natural curiosity and creativity to solve challenges
• Ability to consolidate needs and develop a go-to-market strategy
• Proven ability to develop a strategic vision and execute a tactical plan with the flexibility to quickly adapt to changing market conditions
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Engineering, or Finance.
• Sales and Marketing experience with a minimum of 8 years of progressive responsibility in B2B Sales/Marketing in the electronic components industry

Wage Range that the Company Expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $178,960.00 Salary per year
Maximum of $246,070.00 Salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
