What You Need for this Position
5+ years of marketing and communications experience with proven success.
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Background in automotive, SaaS, B2B, or related industries preferred.
Creative mindset with a good eye for design
Strong project management skills and a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player with experiencing managing team members and project
Familiar with Google Analytics, CRMs, SEO tools, Adobe, Jire, Trello, etc.
What You Will Be Doing
Help develop and implement marketing and communications strategies aligned with company objectives to promote our automotive software products and services.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives, support lead generation efforts, and optimize the conversion process.
Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and events.
Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging marketing content including marketing collateral, videos, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, pitch decks, and other sales materials.
Help plan and coordinate with Marketing Specialist on overall content marketing strategies and execution including social and blog content.
Lead digital marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation efforts coordinating with team members and partners to plan overall strategy and ensure on-time deliverables.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure and track campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate marketing and sales events, such as webinars, conferences, trade show and product launches to promote company products and services.
Help drive forward current marketing projects and innovate to create new processes and components to complement those that exist.
Manage projects with freelancers, vendors, media publishers, and internal teams.
Manage production and review of internal and external documents to provide product information and training to all company brands (Training Playbooks, User Guides, Hardware Installation Guides, online customer training portals, training videos, Monthly Product Newsletter, etc.)
Help create strong communication between marketing and other areas of the company.
