  • Build and manage a high-performing category management team
  • Identify and provide insights that will achieve category and business growth goals
  • Use data based consumer and shopper insights for business recommendations
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category plans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer trends
  • Provide leadership and direction to category team members
  • Monitor and analyze category performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth

The Successful Applicant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food industry trends and consumer behavior
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Experience managing a team of category or product professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Knowledge of syndicated data (Nielsen and/or IRI)
  • 10+ years of experience in category management, product development, or related field
