Position Overview


The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This individual will lead a team of skilled marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.


Duties & Responsibilities


This position will be responsible for order fulfillment and assist warehouse operations including, but not limited to:


  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's short-term and long-term goals.
  • Set clear objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and implement professional development plans for team members.
  • Regularly report on marketing performance and results to executive leadership.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to amplify the brand's reach and reputation.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Manage crisis communication strategies to protect the company's reputation in challenging situations.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to develop product marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage advertising and promotional activities across various channels, ensuring a consistent message and effective campaign execution.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to increase online visibility and lead generation.
  • Oversee media planning and budget allocation for advertising campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences to inform product development decisions.


Qualifications


  • 6-8 years experience in marketing leadership roles with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, product marketing, and public relations strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.


Working Conditions


  • Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
  • Will climb stairs daily.
  • Will lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • May stoop, kneel, or bend, occasionally.
  • Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects frequently.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to, steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards)
  • May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist frequently.
  • Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift.
