Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Investment Specialist with expertise in the crypto industry and game industry to join our team. As an Investment Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing in investment opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships to secure funding for our projects. Your ability to navigate the crypto and game industry landscape, coupled with your network of contacts, will be essential in ensuring the growth and success of our company. Please note that this position offers a performance-based salary structure, which includes a bonus component tied to the amount of funding secured.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the crypto and game industry, attending industry conferences, events, and meetups to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
• Pitch and present our projects and investment opportunities to potential investors, effectively articulating the value proposition and potential returns.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's investment strategy.
• Identify and establish connections with potential investors, venture capital firms, angel investors, and other funding sources in the crypto and game industry.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements within the crypto and game industry to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate investment terms, prepare investment proposals, and oversee the due diligence process.
• Monitor and track the progress of investment deals, providing regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the crypto industry, blockchain technology, and the game industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the crypto and game industry.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Established network of contacts within the crypto and game industry, including investors, venture capitalists, and relevant industry professionals.
• Proven experience and a successful track record in investment management, business development, or a related field, preferably within the crypto and game industry.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure favorable investment terms.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
