In fact, each month, Transcend executes millions of global user deletions and governs billions of tracking events across thousands of data systems.

We allow these users to request, identify, and delete their personal information from a growing suite of integrated companies: from Salesforce to Slack, Facebook, Zendesk, Intercom, Databases, and beyond.

Transcend is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales executive to join our team as the Director of Sales for Transcend. This individual will be responsible for leading our sales team and its execution across company goals, and will report to the VP of Sales.

What You'll Do

• Foster relationships with key partners while developing new strategic partnerships
• Monitor performance metrics and develop initiatives/programs to improve effectiveness
• Annual planning across forecasts and quotas in alignment with budget expectations
• Develop and execute sales strategies that ensure we deliver value for our customers resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing & Product management to ensure a unified approach to customers
• Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities as well as areas for growth
• Lead weekly forecasts, team and 1:1 meetings
• Lead the team in achieving aggressive growth targets
• Partner with Sales Ops and our SDR Manager on process improvements and strategic planning
• Proactively stay up to date on competitive landscape, technologies, industry trends and customer needs
• Experience leading and supporting 6 and 7 figure commercial engagements
• Lead QBRs with the team and cross functional partners
• Help develop Transcend’s growing sales team through recruiting and enablement

Who You Are

• Self starter who is able to operate independently yet has the influencing skills necessary both inside & outside our organization
• You have 4+ years’ experience in B2B sales leadership roles and 5+ years in a senior management role
• New business and customer expansion experience
• Comprehensive understanding of modern business processes related to customer acquisition/retention, forecasting & budgeting, pipeline management & analytics
• Proven track record of performance demonstrating ability to exceed expectations of sales goals
• Outstanding organizational, problem solving & communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively cross functionally
• Proven track record of delivering value for customers through a consultative sales motion

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is between $150,000 USD/year - $211,000 USD/year. The actual annual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

The listed range above is a guideline, and the annual base salary range for this role may be modified. Transcend offers attractive perks in addition to cash compensation.
