We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position will support our Regional Finance Director in carrying out various finance functions, such as forecasting, budgeting, financial statement analysis, and ensuring accurate month-end recording of certain accrual accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual budgets and bi-weekly forecasting.
Review financial results, investigate variances, and provide detailed reports.
Calculate monthly regional sales commissions and facilitate timely commission and bonus payments.
Ensure proper recording of specific accrual accounts and assist the GL Team with related balance sheet account reconciliations.
Monitor aged receivables, unapplied credits, and contribute to regional collection efforts.
Submit invoices and recurring payments to Accounts Payable, including GL coding.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, supporting local radio markets and the Radio Station Management team.
Oversee and administer monthly trade accounting functions.
Assist with internal and external audit requests.
Perform additional FP&A duties as required and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of US GAAP.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of business systems such as WideOrbit Traffic & Billing System, Workday, and Adaptive Planning/Great Plains.
