Job Title: Senior Director of Sales
Job Location: 100% REMOTE
Job Salary: $150k - $190k + Commission + Stock + Benefits

Based in Austin, TX, we are changing the electric mobility and aims at becoming the standard for electric vehicles. Our disruptive corner technology enables a completely flat and modular chassis that supports mission-specific EVs from class 1 to class 6 for commercial vehicles and people movers.
We are seeking a Senior Director of Sales, North America to support our rapid growth and development activities in the region and be part of the global business development team (reporting to the CBO). Must have 5+ years in automotive sales and 10+ years in management. Experience working with fleets and automotive dealers in North America is also required.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure ongoing reporting for current and prospective business
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing customers and business partners in the region
• Lead the negotiation with specific potential customers towards closing agreements
• Proven track record of generating revenue for the company closing deals

What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills

• Experience working with fleets and automotive dealers
• 10+ years of experience managing sales teams
• 5+ years in automotive sales (EV space and/or commercial vehicles)

Nice To Have Skills

• Proven track record of growing new businesses in a start-up or fast-growing technology company
• Deep understanding and knowledge of the Electric Vehicle ecosystem to include last & mid-mile delivery, commercial vehicles, ride-hailing, autonomous shuttles, fleet operators, fleet owners, and/or OEMs
