We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze feedback: Actively engage with merchants to collect valuable insights and feedback on our logistics tools and capabilities. Use this feedback to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
- Aggregate feedback: Organize and categorize feedback from a large number of active merchant accounts to identify trends and patterns, helping to streamline the decision-making process for our logistics roadmap.
- Identify feature gaps: Analyze the feedback to identify gaps in our current logistics tools and capabilities, and propose solutions to address these gaps.
- Prioritize new features: Collaborate with the Logistics and Product teams to prioritize the development of new features based on merchant feedback, market trends, and the overall company strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement: Monitor the impact of implemented improvements and features to ensure they are meeting the needs of our merchants, and make data-driven recommendations for further enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Account Executives, Governance, Operations, and Products teams to ensure a seamless integration of new features and improvements to our logistics offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our merchant partners, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management or Seller/partners relations experience
- Deep understanding of growth product management, with previous experience serving as a subject matter expert
- Experience with event-driven analysis to inform an iterative product roadmap
- Familiar with agile delivery and planning with engineering/Product teams
- Comfortable communicating to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Skilled at operating as a cross-functional program leader in situations with high levels of ambiguity.
- Experience with B2C retailer IT technologies is a strong plus (e.g. ERPs, ISVs, WMS, and TMS) systems.

Job Information:
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $200000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
