Job Title: Senior Director of Sales
Job Location: 100% REMOTE
Job Salary: $150k - $190k + Commission + Stock + Benefits
Requirements: Commercial Electric Vehicles, Fleet, Autonomous
Based in Austin, TX, we are changing the electric mobility and aims at becoming the standard for electric vehicles. Our disruptive corner technology enables a completely flat and modular chassis that supports mission-specific EVs from class 1 to class 6 for commercial vehicles and people movers.
We are seeking a VP of Sales, North America to support our rapid growth and development activities in the region and be part of the global business development team (reporting to the CBO). Must have 15-20+ years in automotive sales and 8-10+ years in management for commercial and/or electric vehicles. Experience working with fleets and automotive dealers in North America is also required.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure ongoing reporting for current and prospective business
• Lead the negotiation with specific potential customers towards closing agreements
• Proven track record of generating revenue for the company closing deals
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing customers and business partners in the region

What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience managing sales teams
• Experience working with fleets and automotive dealers
• 15-20+ years in automotive sales (commercial and/or electric vehicles)

Nice To Have Skills

• Proven track record of growing new businesses in a start-up or fast-growing technology company
• Deep understanding and knowledge of the Electric Vehicle ecosystem to include last & mid-mile delivery, commercial vehicles, ride-hailing, autonomous shuttles, fleet operators, fleet owners, and/or OEMs
