Director Of Ecommerce Jobs

We have partnered with an iconic fashion brand who have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Ecommerce to join their thriving Los Angeles head quarters.

As the Director of Ecommerce, you will have responsibility for the following:

• Lead the entire Ecommerce function with responsibility for eCommerce operations, customer experience digital product strategy and digital omnichannel strategy.
• Provide regular reporting and analytics to Board & Leadership on progress against financial plan.
• Oversee eCommerce Merchandising, User Experience, Digital Performance Marketing, Product Management & Technology, Site Operations & Analytics, and Customer Service
• Defining the strategy for Ecommerce creating a first-class digital shopping experience
• Drive omnichannel strategy for all direct-to-consumer experiences as well as all 3rd party eCommerce platforms
• Monitor and oversee fraud management, post-purchase service and handle escalations process.
• Deliver eCommerce revenue targets through direct management of the eCommerce channel, set in partnership with Finance.
• Influence the fulfilment and returns handling aspects of the ecommerce business, in partnership with the Supply Chain/Fulfilment team and the Omni stock Analyst.
• Responsible for daily business performance to identify strengths and opportunities in a promptly manner and improve key KPIs, such as net sales, conversion, and net-down ratio.
• Track competitors and benchmark KPIs against industry and identify opportunities to take advantage of market demand and developments.

Skills:

• Track record of success for achieving eCommerce KPI targets, leading change management, solving complex problems, delivering results through strategy, planning, and execution.
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices, industry trends, and leading solution providers
• An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience of Ecommerce leadership within Luxury Retail, Apparel, Beauty or Accessories
• Proven ability to drive profitability through promotional and merchandising strategies.
• Exceptional ability to bring brands to life digitally through storytelling.
• Ability to manage profit and loss for eCommerce, including managing costs and expenses, digital marketing budgets, and revenue targets.
• A deep attention to detail and dedication to accuracy and precision.
