Job Description

About this role:

Architecture firm seeks experienced marketing lead to strategically grow the business.



An award-winning architecture studio seeks a Marketing and Business Development Director. This is an exciting firm with lots of scope for growth. The firm has a positive culture and wants a marketing professional to be a key part of the leadership team. Please note: this role is in office five days a week and is a standalone role.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for appropriate new sectors and projects.
  • Develop proposals, competitions and award submissions for the studio including writing and editing.
  • Lead on strategic business development and marketing activities in conjunction with partnership
  • Undertake networking activity on behalf of the firm.
  • Oversee firm's communications and brand standards.



Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in architecture, art history or related discipline.
  • Strong connections in the design world.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Approximately 10 years' experience in marketing in a design firm
  • Adobe Creative Suite



Salary: $130,000 - $180,000
