The ideal candidate will have over 15+years of progressive IT experience with a strong background in customer relationship management, project management, and business development across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Hunt, manage, and grow key accounts, leveraging strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and expertise in various domains.
• Manage and grow key client relationships, focusing on business development, strategic alliances, and partnerships for software services.
• Engage in sales and pre-sales activities, demonstrating the organisation's technology capabilities.
• Take ownership of the North America geography, ensuring profitable operations, P&L management, and overall business development.
• Develop and execute strategies to add new logos to the company's portfolio.
• Close deals and secure contracts with clients.
• Conduct market research and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities.

• Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring successful collaboration and achieving targets.
