Director of Business Development
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the position of Director of Business Development. The ideal candidate will have over 15+years of progressive IT experience with a strong background in customer relationship management, project management, and business development across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt, manage, and grow key accounts, leveraging strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and expertise in various domains.
- Manage and grow key client relationships, focusing on business development, strategic alliances, and partnerships for software services.
- Engage in sales and pre-sales activities, demonstrating the organisation's technology capabilities.
- Take ownership of the North America geography, ensuring profitable operations, P&L management, and overall business development.
- Develop and execute strategies to add new logos to the company's portfolio.
- Close deals and secure contracts with clients.
- Conduct market research and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in successfully adding new logos and expanding business opportunities.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring successful collaboration and achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong market research and lead generation capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of technology solutions.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
