Director of Product Operations needed in Stable, Dynamic Start-Up
$180,000-$200,000 and large equity stake
Overview:
Well-established start-up with over a dozen products to market, six years of operations and hundreds of customers, now seeking an experienced Director of Product Operations.
You will:
+Lead development of and execution of product operations strategy.
+Drive cross-functional collaboration across the organizations to ensure efficient and effective product development and delivery.
+Have a strong background in product management and operations. Accustomed to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Location:
+Ideally, this candidate is physically located in the San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid role).
+Secondarily, physical location in Miami or Mexico City (also hybrid) is preferred.
+In addition, any US-based candidate with the right skills and experience will be considered for a fully remote role.

+Customer identity platform.
+Has built identity data protocols that surface merits in the form of legal, financial and work data.
+Post B-series investment. Strong financial backing.
+Six-plus years of operations.
+Over 600 customers, including high-profile brands.
+More than a dozen to-market products.
+Customers in US, Latin America, Africa and Asia.
+Currently around 150 employees.
+Will report to COO for now, eventually to VP of Product.
“Must have” experience for this role:
+At least 8+ years of experience in product management roles.
+At least 3+ years’ experience in management with increasing leadership responsibilities.
+Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing product operations strategies, managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex products on time and within budget.
+Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
+Has worked on B2B platforms or multi-sided marketplaces.
+Has experience supporting products with both PLG and enterprise GTM motions at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
+Standard product management duties, including:
+Streamline product processes and operations by collaborating with product management, engineering, Go-To-Market and other teams.
+Establish a robust product development framework.
+Drive continuous improvement.
+Manage development of OKRs, KPIs and roadmap.
+Assess ROI of initiatives using data, voice of customer and market research.
+Build a culture of making data-driven decisions.
+Build teams by developing talent and solve for skills/capability gaps.
