SUMMARY:

• Vaco Global Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Operations to generate positive experiences for the best Hospitality locations across Miami. This is a rapidly expanding hospitality business with 20+ locations averaging multiple net new locations annually.
• The position is also responsible for health & safety standards alongside proper security measures along with administrative functions.
• This position will report directly to the CEO/CFO
• The Director of Ops is responsible for recruiting, coaching, and facilitating personnel, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed according to company direction and restaurants remain staffed to meet capacity.
• The position handles leadership capabilities alongside communications and financial analysis to maximize profits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial analysis and profit maximization
• Must be accessible to help out and travel to Restaurant locations and monitor operations when needed
• Prepare and present financial and operations reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Operating ever-expanding list of several restaurant locations across the Miami Metropolitan Area
• Handle administrative duties and collaborate hands-on with management teams for smooth operations for restaurants in multiple locations
• Management of recruitment efforts, training, being consultative, along with terminations
• Health, safety and security standard optimization
• Mentor and develop staff members.
• Meet and exceed financial goals for restaurants.
• Lead proper enforcement of policy and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Overseeing 50+ restaurants, must be Upscale Casual***
• 7+ years of experience in a Director of Operations role
• Hospitality/Restaurant Operations Management experience of multiple locations

COMPENSATION:

• Salary is negotiable based on amount of experience, relevant skills and qualifications.
