SUMMARY:

• This position will report directly to the CEO/CFO
• The position is also responsible for health & safety standards alongside proper security measures along with administrative functions.
• The position handles leadership capabilities alongside communications and financial analysis to maximize profits.
• The Director of Ops is responsible for recruiting, coaching, and facilitating personnel, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently followed according to company direction and restaurants remain staffed to meet capacity.
• Vaco Global Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a VP/Director of Operations to generate positive experiences for the best Restaurants & bar concepts across Miami. This is a rapidly expanding full-service restaurant business with 20+ locations averaging multiple net new locations annually with 100 million+ in revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and present financial and operations reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Handle administrative duties and collaborate hands-on with management teams for smooth operations for restaurants in multiple locations.
• Financial analysis and profit maximization
• Health, safety and security standard optimization
• Must be accessible to help out and travel to Restaurant locations and monitor operations when needed
• Meet and exceed financial goals for restaurants.
• Mentor and develop staff members.
• Management of recruitment efforts, training, being consultative, along with terminations
• Lead proper enforcement of policy and procedures.
• Operating ever-expanding list of several restaurant locations across the Miami Metropolitan Area

REQUIREMENTS:

• ***Experience overseeing 25+ restaurants that are Full Service, Restaurant & Bar, "Upper-end casual" (Respectfully, Not seeking "white cloth" restaurants, lower-end casual OR hotels) ***
• Hospitality/Restaurant Operations Management experience of multiple locations
• Position is onsite in Miami.
• 7+ years of experience in a Director of Operations role

COMPENSATION:

• Full Benefits
• Full-Time, Direct Hire
• Salary range of (150K-200K), range is negotiable (within reason) final number will be determined by the amount of relevant experience and value that candidate can deliver for the organization.
