Job Summary
Manage and coordinate all aspects of hardware, software, and audio-visual resources for the AT&T EECC. Manage support staff and vendor relationships. Establish and maintain a productive working partnership with UT IT staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain hardware/software.
- Manage the internal network, consisting of a Windows 2003 Active Directory infrastructure with Cisco hardware.
- Diagnose and correct system problems; including user errors, configuration errors, and bugs. Work with vendors to resolve issues and plan configuration changes while minimizing system downtime.
- Evaluate and recommend new hardware/software systems needs.
- Comply with all FLIK/Compass safety and health policies and procedures.
- Assist end-users with all computer and telecom system related queries for both administrative staff as well as hotel guests.
- Administer issuing telephones, cell phones, and computer related hardware.
- Manage Cisco Call Manager phone switch, Cisco Unity voice mail system, Percipia Networks phone interface, and ISI Call Management.
- Timely completion of projects assigned by manager.
- Ensure all aspects of PCI Compliance are met to the standards set forth by Compass Group North America.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the in-house Audio Visual Staff.
- Coordinate all special client requests for meetings and events.
- Diagnose and repair hardware; including printers, computers, terminals, and telecom devices.
