Job Title: Director of HR Compliance and Employee Relations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The individuals would be doing an I-9 government compliance audit in our ADP I-9 tracking system. The government is requiring us to reverify work authorization IDs for approximately 600 people. They will need to be trustworthy and computer savvy since they will be working in the system and collecting people's personal IDs.

Using ADP electronic I-9 verification system to verify eligibility to work in the US. Duties include...

1. contacting employees to request documentation

2. setting up process for employees to do remote verification

3. Follow up

Skills:

• Computer literate

• Familiar with ADP electronic I9, and US immigration requirements

• Ability to use Excel

• People skills-Will require reaching out to individuals

• ability to manage their work and push for results
