Representing the CHCO in Government-wide groups on human resources matters and speaking on behalf of the CHCO before committees on subjects related to their jurisdiction and interests. Maintaining relationships with other agencies and the private sector to keep abreast of HR industry best practices and new developments in the HR arena and exchanging this information with the GSA leadership, managers and end-users to foster the effective and timely use of improvements to enhance the mission performance of GSA.
