Position Overview
We're in search of a talented and personable human resources professional to play a key role in overseeing human resource administration. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this position entails end-to-end employee management, including recruitment, performance management, compliance, benefits, policy administration, and compensation. Supervisory Responsibilities
Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new departmental staff.
Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the department.
Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Collaborate with leadership to comprehend and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, focusing on talent needs, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
Provide expert guidance to the HR team, management, and staff when addressing complex, specialized, and sensitive matters, including reasonable accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
Manage talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, especially for managerial, exempt, and professional roles.
Analyze compensation and benefits trends, proposing competitive programs to attract and retain top talent.
Develop internal learning and development programs to nurture employee growth.
Oversee employee disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Stay updated on HR trends, talent management, and employment law.
Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
