Your Role

Assume ownership of HR compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
Lead HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, and more.

Direct labor relations strategies, contract negotiations, grievance resolutions, and more in collaboration with L&E Counsel.
Required Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
A decade or more of progressive HR management experience.
Multi-site manufacturing experience in a complex organization.
Proficiency in fostering positive employee and labor relations.
Proven ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Experience with project management and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to anticipate business shifts and proactively adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Workday.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is an advantage.
Additional Considerations
Flexibility to travel up to 50%.
Remote work possible with periodic presence in Denver HQ.
