We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Corporate Human Resources team in Atlanta, GA. The HR Coordinator will undertake a variety of HR support duties. This role will work in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning employee engagement events, such as community outreach projects, visitor hosting, internship program events, wellness events, etc.
- Update all employee information in HRIS and other systems, ensuring that employee changes are entered correctly and timely.
- Provide excellent customer service in day-to-day HR operational support to employees and managers.
- Prepare presentations and HR documents, including employee letters and offboarding documents.
- Process all new hire paperwork and onboarding, including gathering documentation, conducting new hire orientation, explanation of benefits, company policies and procedures.
- Update compliance posters throughout the facility.
- Process unemployment information requests.
- Responsible for processing timesheet and payroll data input and ensure the accuracy of payroll data for each employee.
- Complete and manage all I-9s for new hires and re-verifications.
- Provide reporting of data changes to other HR departments as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred.
- Excellent writing, presentation, project management, and training skills
- Prior experience working with Workday highly desired.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional team skills, with demonstrated track record to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization
- 1 year in overall HR experience preferred.
- High attention to detail is a must for this position.
- Proven work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
