Human Resources Director Jobs

Our client is a $7BB Global Organization with over 280 locations and 27,000 employees and they are thriving. They specialize in several market segments: manufacturing large industrial equipment, metal fabrication, automation, as well as partnering with customers on installation and maintenance projects. This Senior Director of HR role will assume leadership of the HR Business partner teams over multiple manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada to give the SVP latitude to focus more on global initiatives.

We need a true business partner HR leader who is as comfortable in the boardroom as they are on the factory floor and is not afraid to make tough calls independently. This role requires the breadth of an HR Generalist that has experience navigating a complex organization through periods of significant growth and change.

What we need:

• Someone who has managed at least 10 locations and 4-6 HRBPs at the plant level
• Employee relations in a Union Environment
• USA and Canadian Labor Law familiarity
• Experience in manufacturing with Packaging, Paper or Equipment manufacturing experience preferred
• Change management - navagting restructurings and aiding new senior leadership
• Strong HR Generalist background - HR certification preferred
