HR Coordinator


Peachtree Corners, onsite role

Opportunity


We are looking to employ an HR Team Member that will act as an employee champion and help create and support a solid foundation for future growth. You will coordinate, support, organize, and be involved in the day-to-day human resource function and performance for a team of 4.


This role works to support all employees, HR systems and policies to support business growth, while embodying and modeling core values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with the hiring process including orientation; working in coordination with managers, supervisors and external recruiting partners to promote, advertise, screen, interview, hire and onboard suitable talent.
  • Participate in supporting and enhancing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Employee relations; working with Leadership Team to bring company core values and culture to life, ensuring connectedness between leadership and staff remains a priority even during high-growth phases.
  • Assist with employee events and recognition.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Work in coordination with the HRIS system to ensure compliance and legal obligations are up-to-date with current laws while ensuring the interests of the Company are protected, including: Employee Handbook maintenance, Employee record-keeping, and Workplace health & safety regulations


Key Requirements

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources preferred
  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
