Role Profile
As a member of the East leadership team, the Director, Client Solutions will be responsible for helping shape and execute strategies that impact and grow Neudesic’s innovation, solutions, and revenue in strategic accounts across multiple industries. To be successful you will possess the ability to engage senior level decision makers and exhibit strong leadership qualities necessary for building trust with each of them. You will prioritize customer experience, be honest about what’s not working, and continually re-invent those customer experiences. You’ll spend time helping your team “solve problems” that positively impact the success of your client’s business.
The Director, Client Solutions will be leading technical thought leadership and delivery excellence related activities at strategic accounts. Expansion and extension will be outcomes of executive relationships that the DCS will form with key stakeholders (buyers and influencers) while ensuring partner/alliance collaboration. Understanding key factors that impact revenue growth is critical for success in this role. These include ensuring good customer and consultant experience, high margin/profitability, manage bench/recruiting and partnership with sales and delivery leaders to add value to clients and form strategic long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish trust, confidence, and partnership for the purpose of identification and capture of new business opportunities
- Build client & alliance technical relationships
- Identify account risks and develop/implement remediation plans
- Serve as lead architect over world-class industry solutions, assist in the creation of compelling assets that support new sales pursuits, and guide delivery teams towards profitable technology deployments for our clients
- Initiate and develop senior level contacts including C-level contacts, but able to build relationships at all levels within target client organizations, including lower and middle managers, and business and technical staff. Build on existing contacts and relationships with current and targeted clients
- Lead pursuits, understand and clearly articulate business problems and develop solutions
- Identify business and technical opportunities for Neudesic to exploit
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, customer investment, and discount rates. Upsell current clients
- Understand and represent Neudesic Service Products leading to client acquisition and development
- Work with staffing and recruiting to build high-performance delivery teams for your clients
- Provide technical thought leadership across client portfolio
- Engage in new sales pursuits, white board sessions and innovation briefings
- Contribute to and support execution of the client expansion plan
- Provide technical aspects of solution proposals, SOW, and estimation
Requirements:
- In depth Microsoft stack knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years’ experience managing client relationships in agency or professional services
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Experience in migration and modernization of application portfolios; proficient in modern cloud architectures, data platform concepts, and the supporting technologies that support IaaS, PaaS and SaaS solutions
- Expert Cloud and Data infrastructure experience on Azure
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Deep technical understanding of modern software development

For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $190,000 and $220,000. The salary range may be different if the successful employee is in a different state. This position is also eligible for performance bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
