Business Description:


Blackstone Credit is one of the world’s largest credit-focused asset managers, with $255 billion in AUM. We seek to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our clients by investing across the entire corporate credit market, from public debt to private loans. Our capital supports a wide range of companies across sectors and geographies, enabling businesses to expand, invest, and navigate changing market environments.

In this role, the Associate will partner with Senior Relationship Managers to help execute on client servicing and business development initiatives.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Assisting with new business pipeline through client & consultants updates and other internal reporting
  • Coordinating institutional clients’ and consultants’ requests
  • Helping to manage internal IOI and client tracking initiatives
  • Liaising with product specialists to drive follow ups and deliverables
  • Prepping for meetings and client roadshows
  • Collaborating on internal BXC ICS initiatives across asset class
  • Assisting with identifying prospects
  • Contact management, including CRM/Salesforce maintenance


Qualifications:


Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Candidate should be a team-oriented individual who thrives on challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate must have:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Undergraduate degree is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
  • Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses preferred (required within first year of employment)
  • Excellent presentation, business writing and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • 3+ years’ experience, preferably within Investment Banking, Investor relations or an Alternative Credit Management

Expected annual base salary range:


$115,000 - $185,000


Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.


Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
