Job Description
Overview
C andidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer service experience for our clients which consists of large Corprates, NGOs and Financial Insitituion . This role will also serve as the first point of contact for our clients and connect them with all teams within the Global Payments Business (Trading, Sales, Operations , IT and Correspondent banking) with regards to their day to day queries and processes .
Responsibilities
  • Manage all client communication
  • Working with global sales team, Global Client Services team and technology team to build seamless Client Onboarding – including automation and process for client set up, training videos and guides.
  • Produce reports and review Client interaction on Monthly/quarterly basis to ana lyze and report – Number of Investigation, number of transactions, transaction value, currencies traded in.
  • Train up new Joiners within the team
  • Work with the Global Head of Client Services to build a proactive client management set up .
  • Travel for client visits and events when required
  • Work with the global client services team to build an approach per client, signed off by the sales team, to reduce number of investigations, increase transactions, and encourage local currency trades.
  • Support development team with testing and roll out of allocated automation, bugs and enhancement request.
  • Work with global client services team and internal teams to reduce the number of investigations and the investigation turnaround time where possible.
  • Identify and raise automation, bugs and enhancement request .
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills .
  • Self-reliant and confident working within a small team with exposure to key business stakeholders.
  • Ab ility to work with minimum supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • More than 8 years’ experience in Financ e
  • Market knowledge about payment system an advantage
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous client management experience is mandatory
  • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Hiring Salary Range $85,000/yr - $110,000/yr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
