- Recruit, train, and lead a world-class team of people managers across Sales & Partner Enablement, Measurement, Creative Strategy and Performance Solutions.
- Represent Reddit at key industry events and conferences.
- Define the strategy and direction between in-house and first party versus outsourced and third party for measurement, enablement, creatives and other key drivers of our customers' value on Reddit. This includes balancing first party brand lift and incrementality with third party measurement solutions.
- Take new products to market in collaboration with the go to market team, serving as the voice of customers by identifying and translating patterns into actionable insights for Reddit Ads Product Management and Product Marketing.
- Partner with cross-functional monetization teams such as Large Customer Sales, Mid-Market, SMB, Agency Development, and Ads Product to ensure we always bring the best of Reddit to the market in a scalable way.
- Evolve the strategy and structure of the team as needed in support of these goals.
- Drive innovation and scalable solutions so the Global Client Solutions team can broaden their reach across more clients and more markets by using automation, new technology and global ideas. This includes evolving Reddit’s Creative Strategy org, KarmaLab, into a strategic function built on creativity powered by automation, tools, and embracing technology versus artisanal work.
- Deep understanding of sales enablement, partner enablement, creative strategy, measurement and solution specialist functions to help increase client advertising bases, deepen existing client relationships and drive a global approach in the marketplace.
- Passionate about Reddit and its incredibly unique audience by understanding the culture, vernacular, and appropriate ways to make brands successful within communities.
- 15+ years of leadership experience managing managers and large organizations in multiple locations and time zones. The seniority level of this position is flexible between Sr. Director and VP depending on candidate experience.
- Demonstrates domain experience in media, marketing and digital ad sales by driving innovation and automation. Well versed in product and technical expertise.
- Is a truly global business leader knowing how to operate at scale, operate globally, is entrepreneurial and always focuses on our customers.
- Highly energetic, inspirational and motivational, with a track record of building high performing teams through balancing mentorship and talent development with attracting new talent.
