About the role
As the Vice President of Client Development, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our client base and fostering strong relationships with key clients. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure the successful retention and growth of our clients.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
- Develop and execute a comprehensive client development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success
- Nurture and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide regular updates on client development initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations
About you
Your strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and deep understanding of client needs will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious business objectives.
Requirements to succeed in this role
- Strong academic background
- Operational and hands-on attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- 8+ years experience in B2B enterprise/software sales or professional services (e.g. PE/ Consulting)
- Experience in leading sales/account management teams
