The Role

The Technical Solutions Director is a key member of the client service and commercial teams at EDO, and will be the lead for driving implementation solutions for EDO’s AdEngage Convergent (AEC) solution. This is a critical role that will be working side-by-side with analytics, sales, product, and data science leadership to maximize value for EDO’s high-profile clients.

What You Will Do

• Process ownership, including creation and management of process related to tagging, data sharing, server-to-server, clean rooms
• Oversee new and ongoing client engagements with first party data. This includes:
• Client facing lead for ingestion of client sales/conversion data.
• Drive process for publisher approvals for first party data collection
• Internal and external project management
• Inclusive of 1P Security Project management
• Lead on Technical documentation
• Drive a consistent internal feedback loop on processes and deliverables. Work with EDO engineers and data scientists to plan and prioritize technical solutions, in collaboration with media analytics team.
• Subject matter expert for tagging, clean rooms and CTV measurement
• Understand and stay on top of changing industry dynamics and the competitive landscape.
• Lead RFP responses related to first party collection
• Input into the Creation of sales and product marketing materials for AEC (in collaboration with Product Marketing and Product)
• Train Media Analytics and Sales on AEC pixel implementation process, including creating needed documentation.
• Client facing implementation lead and internal project management for all tagging for buy-side clients and all first party data integrations for sell-side.

What We Are Looking For

• Deep knowledge and experience in tagging, clean rooms and CTV measurement
• Passion for TV and advertising is a plus.
• Location: remote, preferred NY or LA. Hybrid work environment
• Versatility, i.e., the ability and willingness to wear multiple hats and switch gears frequently.
• Highly comfortable with close client engagement, and strong presence in meetings with senior executives.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience
• A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, and who has the desire to be part of a fast-growing, exciting, and nimble start up company.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000, PLUS equity in a mid-stage company and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, experience, and level of education attained of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
