Overview:
Talent acquisition support for federal clients is a fast-growing practice area within AE Strategies. We offer a full suite of services to support talent acquisition including sourcing, assessment and selection, employment branding and marketing, and hiring process improvement. To support this growth, we have an opening for a Director who will report directly to senior leadership.
The Director will interface directly with our federal clients and lead teams in support of client recruiting efforts. The Director will manage clients, contracts, and teams of AE Strategies employees. This is an opportunity to drive the optimization of a recruitment process, serve a critical need for federal agencies, manage a talented team, and grow a business sector.
Specific responsibilities in this role include:
- Developing and managing quality control processes and standards
- Managing project financials and contributing to investment decisions
- Allocating resources across multiple contracts
- Developing and managing Service Level Agreements with the clients
- Supporting new business development by attending meetings and contributing to proposals as a recruitment SME
- Managing contract labor hours against task order budgets
- Managing client relationships, contracts including contract financials, and teams of AE Strategies employees
- Leading the continued optimization of recruiting processes and tools
- Leading the development of project success metrics and reporting to clients
- Creating performance plans and conducting annual performance reviews
Requirements:
- Leadership experience working for a federal contractor and experience managing contracts and costs
- Project management experience
- People management experience including hiring and performance management responsibilities
- Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting
- Extensive recruiting experience and strong understanding of recruiting best practices and tools
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of professional experience
- Ability to pass a federal background check
