We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong strategic and customer-centric focus. The successful candidate will communicate value propositions, align internal stakeholders, create use cases and workflow guides, and use data-driven techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and success.


Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with the marketing team to gather case study references and success stories to showcase the value of our solution.
  • Serve as an internal advocate for the customer, actively noting, articulating, and communicating customer needs. Collaborate with the technology team, sales, and marketing to prioritize customer needs and ensure they are effectively delivered upon during the development cycle.
  • Proactively communicate the value proposition to customers and, when value isn't being created, collaborate with the product and customer to align incentives and create value.
  • Evaluate customer needs and objectives, and align internal stakeholders to deliver on those needs effectively.
  • Create and provide use cases and workflow guides to assist customers in effectively leveraging our product to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement an upsell strategy and playbook to drive revenue growth, collaborating closely with the customer success team to achieve revenue goals and increase Annual Customer Value (ACV).
  • Utilize innovative and data-driven techniques to monitor and assess customer health, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create a comprehensive relationship management strategy to monitor all touchpoints from the point of sale throughout the lifecycle of the customer.


Qualifications


  • Understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory landscape is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other customer success tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
