In this role you will be a 2-person team, collaborating closely with other divisions.

As the Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Accounts, you’ll hold primary responsibility for onboarding customers and ensuring adoption of the Lumina platform. Working closely with the CEO and product team, you’ll identify and implement new features, monitor account health, and work directly with customers from across all industries. You’ll be evaluated on your ability to retain customers.
Bonus points if you have experience navigating complex, enterprise organizations.
Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Accounts (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and tasks
- Onboard new customers to the Lumina platform
- Collaborate with other internal teams and executive leadership
- Monitor and maximize customer adoption
Qualifications
- Comfort with leveraging (actually leveraging!) a CRM
- 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise / SaaS / etc.
- 4-year or advanced degree required
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 3+ years experience with enterprise customers

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 USD
