Overview A Customer Development Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction. They are responsible for understanding customer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Detailed Job Description A Customer Development Specialist is responsible for identifying customer needs and developing strategies to meet those needs. They must be able to build relationships with customers and maintain those relationships in order to increase sales and customer satisfaction. They must be able to analyze customer data and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty. They must be able to provide customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
