Right now, we are looking for a Culture Marketing Manager living in Los Angeles, CA, to join our team! The Culture Marketing Manager will help support the strategy across Pabst Blue Ribbon, as a culturally connected and creatively curious marketing leader. They are responsible for implementing defined strategies and will ensure long term initiatives and relationships that impact the business within culture and commercial environments.

What you'll do:

• Establish and maintain long-term culture platforms in art & music.
• Manage brand partnerships and builds relationships with difference makers within the various creative communities.
• Coordinate, lead, and manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams across the company and our distributor network.
• Responsible for implementing defined strategies and will ensure long term initiatives and relationships that impact the business within culture and commercial environments.
• Collaborate with Brand and Partnership teams to identify appropriate amplification opportunities within local events.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on focus on lifestyle, experiential and culture-related marketing with a history of excelling in collaborative and creative environments
• Prior budget management experience preferred
• An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies, marketing communications, and storytelling
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
• Ability to identify culture trends and scenes on a regional and national level
• Event production experience (live music and/or other culture-related events)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as proficiency in Social Media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter)
