Manage the implementation of annual anti-harassment/discrimination training for staff and Board members

In collaboration with the Talent Specialist, manage the Intern and Fellow Programs

Review applicant pools for hiring managers to ensure a diverse pool of applicants

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Prior budget management experience preferred

In collaboration with the Consultant, conduct organization- and community-wide needs assessment of culturally responsive care for LGBTQ clients

Work collaboratively with outside partners and R&E to conduct primary and secondary research on the needs of LGBTQ clients

Design, develop and deliver microlearning, discussion questions, and refreshers for Larkin Street employees.

Ensure the development and creation of appropriate training materials and resource guides for staff in attendance.

Ensure training aligns with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative.

Assist in strengthening inter-agency and community collaboration.

Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year

2- 4 year social media marketing experience

Experience creating and maintaining a budget

Experience coordinating and managing multiple vendors

At least 10 years of related hands-on experience in learning or culture transformation and change management.

Experience with digital learning technologies and modern learning management systems/learning experience platforms

Build out a holistic learning management roadmap to guide cross-functional learning efforts.

Build an enterprise change management strategy and methodology.

Partner cross-functionally with learning teams across the business to build and define an integrated learning experience and roadmap.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Contribute to the development of business requirements for the systems and technology that enable and support Employee Experience.

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of work experience, education and training in lieu of degree

Partner with HR and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

2 years of developing and/or facilitating Employee Engagement/Employee Experience initiatives in a contact center environment

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and inspire highly engaged teams in a geographically distributed/remote environment.

Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of virtual platforms and online event management—Splash preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, event management, or a related field.

Manage and scale our internal event process and guidelines in partnership with key stakeholders.

Support broader recognition and employee experience initiatives.

Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

7+ years of relevant experience in events, culture programs, or communications.
