Your New Role


Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a People & Culture Coordinator to support Productions. The People & Culture Coordinator supports the execution of People & Culture programs and activities related to production including, handling employee inquiries, assisting with resolving issues, general project management, relationship management, etc.


Your Role Accountabilities


  • Assists People & Culture team by providing project coordination support on all People & Culture initiatives working closely with People Solutions, COEs, and other partner groups, as required.
  • Develops working relationships with stakeholders including Workforce Administration, COE partners, and business employees.
  • Serves as a People & Culture point of contact and works to resolve employee issues in a proactive and positive manner.
  • Serves as a People & Culture point of contact and often intakes information/requests from employees and managers and assists People & Culture Partners to resolve in a proactive and positive manner.
  • Helps execute with the HR-related initiatives such as, organization design & integration, talent management, employee development, performance management, and various programs.
  • Provides day to day HR support for the team on projects and administrative tasks.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or related client-focused role.
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop.
  • Experience with critical thinking and customer service.
  • Good judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Television production experience helpful.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.

The Legal Bits…


In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $42,209.00 - $78,389.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
