Culture Index Program Manager Jobs

Prior budget management experience preferred

Coordinate, lead, and manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams across the company and our distributor network.

Manage brand partnerships and builds relationships with difference makers within the various creative communities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and experience collaborating across an organization, including with members of senior leadership

Lead swag program across Angi, in partnership with Sales Program Manager, specifically focused on new hires, tenure recognition and values programming.

Support the Sr. Manager, Talent Development & Inclusion in creating resources to best support our Employee Resource Groups.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

1+ years of experience in a collaborative work environment

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Guide the integration and implementation of the Culture Index program across the global organization.

Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders on the proper understanding, application, and utilization of Culture Index surveys and Cjob questionnaires
