Job Description


JOB SUMMARY


The Habit Burger Grill is looking for an experienced Associate Manager, People & Culture to join our team. This candidate will focus on People Development programs, Benefits & Culture, Data Analytics, and Equity, Inclusion and Belonging efforts for the Habit. This position will report into the Sr. HR Business Partner. The individual in this position will play a crucial part in creating and tracking People Development programs, coordinating employee benefits, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, and providing support to the field in the areas of benefits, analytics, and benchmarking.


Essential Job Functions


People Development Programs, Benefits & Culture


  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in workplace culture, and proactively champion innovative ways to enhance overall team member experience and wellbeing. This includes assisting with planning companywide events, activities that builds deep connections and drive positive work culture.
  • Communicate and coordinate with cross brand partners on numerous employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training and development needs and develop/identify training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to support employee growth and career development.
  • Serve as a liaison between YUM! and The Habit to maintain and update Benefits information and offerings, ensuring accessibility for the field.
  • Conduct regular analysis of benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.


HR Data Insights & Reporting Tools


  • Collaborate with YUM! on The Habit’s people data visualization through Domo dashboard.
  • Run analytics to support talent & people processes and provide insights and data in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Partner with talent team to provide talent data for Mid-Year People Planning Review and End of Year calibrations, including workforce planning.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess the ROI of various Development Leadership Programs


Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (EIB)


  • Be a program manager of the Habit business employee resource groups (BERGs); serve as advisor to drive objectives, project planning and budget allocation. Executes strategies associated with BERGs that support retention, engagement, and promotion of diverse talent. Facilitate the BERG chapter lifecycle from inquiry through orientation and launch.
  • Teams with Talent Acquisition partners and HR Business partners to help build partnerships with diverse communities, participating in diversity programs and leveraging our commitment to EIB for attracting top talent and strengthening our brand.
  • Work closely with YUM! and The Habit leaders to develop a comprehensive EIB strategy aligned with our brand and organization goals.


Skills And Knowledge Requirements


  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, perform benchmarking, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to EIB, people development, benefits, and culture.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience building programs addressing the unique needs and experiences of members of underrepresented groups.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including employee information and benefits platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.


Compensation


Salary Range: $100,900 to $120,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
