Creative Director (Video Content Lead – Fiction)

We are looking for a YouTube Genius, specializing in Fiction storytelling, to lead our Global Growth expansion initiatives. A Creative intrapreneur who can own the team and drive Business Goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand the mission and vision of the company, developing a deep understanding of what works for our advertisements and why.
• Adhere to Facebook and Google Policies for video ads while executing the projects
• Research new ideas to identify unique ways of selling our content and increasing their reach
• Own end-to-end ideation and execution of High-Quality video assets to meet the business goals.
• Plan and handle multiple projects with a clear execution plan as per the timelines
• Build a network of agencies/vendors/productions houses/creative talent globally to drive our video content efforts
• Lead mid to high-budget experiments with a deep understanding of performance metrics and increase the return on investment.

Qualifications

• Strong grip on storytelling across genres, with a penchant for Drama and Fantasy
• Have a strong network of Agencies and Creative talent who can translate the vision and objective seamlessly.
• 10+ years of dynamic experience in Creative direction and content production.
• Have set up at least one Content Studio/Production house and understand the nuances of production like a hawk.
• Led content development and execution with a clear focus on audience retention across Digital Mediums, especially YouTube.
• Someone who knows the audience's attention.
• Have extensively created path-breaking content for global audiences with expertise in the understanding of the United States market.
