Job Description

Technical Writer 4 (Content Strategist)

Duration: 11 months

Pay Range: $60.00 - $78.57 Hourly (Please note that the pay rate will range from 82% - 100% based on your location)

Location – Remote, located anywhere within US

Keywords:

Technical Writing/Knowledge Writer/Help center writer + content management system ( WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Squarespace, Wix, Ghost etc ) + content strategy + DITA or similar authoring tools

Strong 3 years of Technical Writing experience is mandatory ( overall experience is 3 to 7 years)


  • Knowledge Mgt Solutions team, create help center contents/articles
  • No possibility for extension
  • Mostly B2B products
  • Skills - Exceptional writing skills, project management/organizational skills, cross functional experience, team player
  • Completely remote role. Located anywhere within US, need to be flexible with some early morning meetings as team is global
  • Past experience – technical writer, help center content creator, content strategist. Has worked previously with a CMS/Authoring tool
